if u want to throw a lacrosse ball, ur gunna want to know how to move ur fingers. then, u’ll need to wrap them around the stick. Next…u will use your arms to make your lacrosse stick (which is holding a ball in the pocket area or head of the stick), and move them in a motion that will transport the indian rubber ball to your required destination……….then….this video was silly. he forgot to comment on muscle conection such as hip rotation as well as pectoralis contraction for easd tosses
