Duke Lacrosse Charges Dropped

North Carolina Attorney General, Roy Cooper, announced that the kidnapping & sexual assault charges against three Duke Lacrosse players will be dropped.

How about this for ignorance…Most of you commentators mix issues that are irrelevant to the issue. Race, Slavery. The truth is..Nifong tried to frame guilty boys.. He tried to put together a case whereby he withheld excupultory evidence showing negligence of his client..
The truth is…they were guility but becuase of impropriety of this guy (possibily a set up from monied pockets) the boys got off…THE WERE GUILITY..IF YOU KNOW THE CASE AND ARE NOT BLINDED BY RACE POLITICS!!!
Time for justice! Nifong belongs in prison.
Where are Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson now? They have left their mark on these poor boys. A public apology is needed here from both Sharpton and Jackson.

damage has been done though.duke lost it’s lacrosse coach as well as all the bad publicty given to duke.this makes me vert upset.i hope the duke students and the university file suit against this woman who has brought so much bad publicity and damage to the duke program.
Duke University acted very badly in this whole fabricated mess. They helped ruin the lives of these young men. What have they got to say for themselves?
feel so bad for the accused kids. my friend knew one of them and he did not deserve this. none of them did.
Now somebody needs to hold that Nifong jackass accountable for his incompetency, wrongful prosecution etc.
