Duke Lacrosse Charges Dropped

North Carolina Attorney General, Roy Cooper, announced that the kidnapping & sexual assault charges against three Duke Lacrosse players will be dropped.

Three lacrosse players at Sacred Heart University have been charged with conspiring to sexually assault a female student in a dorm room. A lawyer for one of the men said the accusations were a gross exaggeration of alcohol-fueled hijinks. (Nov. 24)
